WOW!!! Thanks for the DD, and for all of the very kind comments!

Bismuth crystal gone wild.

Another example of my work. Unfortunately, crystals with this structure can only be bought directly, not shipped. However, I do have many that can be shipped (anywhere in the world), in my eBay store: [link]

Also, to be clear, I make these crystals myself. They do not occur naturally in this form.

"Hi, I hope I'm doing this right. I love BeeblebroxZ's bismuth crystals, they're always so amazing, but he really outdid himself with this one. It's so unique and wonderful, unlike any bismuth crystal I've ever seen. I think he deserves a DD for always producing such beautiful art, and having completely outdone himself with this one." Very beautiful! :aww: Yep, bismuth crystals are very pretty! Congrats on the DD!

I'm currently working on a project where I'm personifying the elements of the Periodic Table. In the second link below, one of the personifications is of Bismuth. I made her hair look similar to bismuth crystals.

I'm very impressed. Seriously looks nice. Not my style of art, but still true to the scientific concept. Very well done!

Thanks very much! Heh-heh, it's okay if it's not your style of art....I just wanted to show you (the Bismuth picture, specifically), that's all. :giggle: Thanks for looking.

I actually find this to be a very handy reference for a future perspective lesson in drawing.

Huh? Glad you like, but I made these on a stove.

:iconperibub:
Oh, yeah, I suppose stoves are easier
Reply
:iconbeeblebroxz:
Not to mention that they can't form in a vacuum.
Reply
:iconperibub:
Oh, I thought I read that they could somewhere, shrug
probably should of researched that
